3.Blue Monday (Orgy)- Climb out of the saddle

5. Fleet Foot (Black Pistol Fire) – Seated sprints, recover out of the saddle
6. Glitter & Gold (Barns Courtney) – Seated Climb Heavy
7.Hot Thing (Usher) – out of the saddle fast on chorus
8.Prayer in C (Robin Schulz) -Jumps, (forward, forward, back, back)
9.Jungle (X Ambassadors) – Climb

10. When Worlds Collide(Powerman 5000) – Climb
11. Da Da Ding (Gener8ion) -climb jumps on chorus
12. WaWa (Party Favor)- Sprints seated 2:30 – Seated sprints Build, 10 seconds all out till 30sec.  1:11-1:36, 1:50-2:15
13. Would You Mind (Pretty Much)- Recovery
14. Stay (Rihanna feat. Mikky Ekko) – Cool down/Stretch
